Theme of anthem in a thesis statement?

I know you've asked this question before, and I left it open for someone else to take a look at it because I don't see the "general truth about life," as being a theme in the novel Anthem. The theme you've chosen is very broad.... who's life? Equality's? Ours? The citizens of communist Russia? I don't know if you have a choice about what you want to write about, but I would choose something a bit more specific that can be easily nailed down.
