Equal danger might not be the right phrase. One of the themes is the position and rights of women which is the way in which we have to consider Antigone. She wants to have input and she represents one who wishes to have the laws of the gods take precedence over the laws of man. It might be a danger, but as it turns out is is only a danger to her life and ultimately the life of her fiance. Creon, who represents the conflict between the laws of the gods vs the laws of the state, is a danger only because he puts his pride ahead of his good judgment; whether or not the state is affected remains to be seen. However, he is personally affected and the fact that he is perhaps shows the danger of what happens when the gods are contradicted.
