This is a sort of ode to summer and fun times at the beech. Most of the stock ideas of summer frolicking on a sandy shore are here,
"Down to the beach
Only there the ladies reveal saucy behinds
Whenever the raging sun is still kind..."
There is a certain dread of bad weather and with that, perhaps, bad times,
"As never-ceasing waves play across the shores
People happily play dreading any rainy downpour..."
The rest of the poem seems to span stereotypical happy experiences of beach goers across a range of ages.
