What are the “two kinds” of goods Aristotle discusses in Book I?

Aristotle says that there are two kinds of goods: namely, goods that are useful for other ends, and goods that are good in and of themselves. Examples of the former include shoes and tables, since shoes and tables are good for walking and eating, respectively. However, Aristotle suggests that some goods, such as philosophical contemplation, are good for no other reason than themselves.
