In what way are Celia and Rosalind treated by fortune in the scene II of Act I?

In this scene both women seem content that they have each other. They make vows to support each other no matter what happens. THey talk about how fortune is not fair to women and how nature makes them and fortune decides their fate. They have no control over this and must take their chances unlike men who have more control.
