If anyone can direct me to a site where I can find a list of significant scenes or scenes which clearly demonstrate the theme of As You Like It, it wold help a lot.

i dont know the sites,but yea,can surely tell you that the following scenes are really important :

Act 2 ,scene 7

ACT 3,scene 2

this was my opinion,and many of my teachers too,
