Ayesha Pvt Ltd passed a special resolution to change its name to Ayesha Abrar Pvt Limited on 30th May 2017. All the necessary documentation was done on due time. Also the company got its new stationery printed on 1st July 2017 as well. However, there was a delay in the issue of certificate by the regulator (SECP) and the company received the certificate of permission on 10th August 2017. The company wants to enter into lease agreement for new premise. When they can do such agreement in new name of the company? Identify the right date and Justify
