What are Samantha’s likes and dislikes?

Samantha Kingston enjoys school and being popular. She cares about her boyfriend, but is more concerned with public appearances..... how she is perceived. At the opening of the novel, Sam's social status takes precedence over her relationships, and she treats some of her longtime friends cruelly because they aren't a part of the in crowd. Her hopes, dreams, likes and dislikes are shallow..... and sad.
