What is Beowulf's weakness?

Beowulf's greatest weakness was his ego; it tended to get him into trouble when he did things for prideful reasons. None-the-less, Beowulf was a good person and even tempered....... his greatest strength as a warrior was in his balance, and his ability to accept recognize his weaknesses.
