What makes the father very upset at the beginning of chapter 12?

Narciso runs into the home of the Marez family. He claims that one of Tenorio's daughters has died. He says that some herbs were found under the dead girl's bed and that the herbs were Ultima's. Now Tenorio is coming with a mob of men because they feel she is a witch.
