Discuss the use of oral traditions

I'm not sure what you mean by "oral tradition" in the context of this book. The novel has a third-person omniscient narrator, focalized mostly through the point of view of Resian, the younger daughter of Kaelo. In that sense, like most third-person books, there is a sense that the story is being told to you.
