Did the D.H.C leave linda at the Reservation on purpose?

Did the D.H.C know Linda was preganant and this is why she was left there

or did he not look for her to show people he wasnt invested in her or just didnt care

The D.H.C knew Linda was preganant and this is why she was left there. He wanted nothing to do with Linda or the baby he fathered.
