Who or what is Mustapha Mond?

Mustapha Mond is one of the Ten World Controllers and Western Europe's Resident Controller. He is in charge of making society's rules and deciding what should or shouldn't be published. Mond is an educated man, who has read and educated himself using numerous books, including the forbidden texts. Although he is intelligent and well educated.... an independent thinker, Mond will do his best to make sure that the others are not afforded the same opportunity.
