The poem has a certain prose nature to it. There is not really a rhyme scheme though to read it aloud is to discover the control of language that Baudelaire utilizes. There is a good deal of cacophony if you read it quickly, with so many images and harsh words juxtaposed. The poem, however, has a nice lilting rhythm that is pleasing even as the words tend to be harsh.
