Charlotte's web

At one level the conflict is between the man and his desire to use the animals for his benefit - selling Wilbur for a profit when he is slaughtered.  Also we see the conflict of Wilbur feeling lonely once he goes to the second farm when he has no friends until Charlotte befriends him.
