Antipholus of Syracuse is confused by Adriana's accusations invitation to dine. Dromio claims he's never seen the women before, but previous lies and mistakes lead Antipholus to doubt him, and he follows Adriana to dinner.

Antipholus of Syracuse and Dromio of Syracuse are confused because of Adriana calling Antipholus of Syracuse husband and talking about divorce so Antipholus of Syracuse thinks he's dreaming while Sromio of Syracuse thinks he's an ass. Overall, they just follow the flow.
