What does Mr. Keating do well as a leader? What are his downfalls as a leader?

Mr. Keating inspires his boys to look beyond the confines of their structured lives. He lights the spark of creativity and challenges the conventions of mass conformity. I think, if anything, he might have underestimated the power and pressure te school and parents put on these kids.
