Why does Keating say that the school administration would not approve of the society? Why would they object?

Keating knew that this Prep school frowns on creativity and self-expression. Thinking outside of the box is not what the prep schools of this time were concerned with. Sneaking out to a cave in the middle of the night to read poetry would surely clash with what is expected behaviour at Welton Academy.
