Happy does seem a bit more stable than Biff or Willy but that really isn't saying too much. Happy has his own vices and delusions of grandeur. His womanizing reinforces something inside of him t=which he lacks, His acts are compulsive in that he hits on women to constantly define himself. This will eventually hurt his career.
