do you think willy is to blame for biff failure to succeed?

I wouldn't say Willy is fully responsible, as we all have to take responsibility for our own actions. None-the-less, Biff was emotionally torn by his father's affair, and the two of them never worked it out..... his father was a poor example, and possibly, Biff uses his father's mistakes as an excuse.
