How does Eric react at the end of the fight? What does he make the initiate do?

During initiation, Christina is required to fight Molly. Christina quickly succumbs to Molly's physical domination and concedes her loss while lying battered and bruised on the floor. Eric becomes extremely angry and takes the initiates to the Pit where he forces Christina to hang from a rail for five minutes as proof that she isn't a coward.
