Is a world, in which people are divided into factions in which people have to do specific tasks, the solution for some of the recent world problems?

I don't think so. Divergent is a dystopian novel which means something is very wrong with society. Community is a good thing but warring factions are nothing more than a manifestation of whatever apocalypse took place before.
