can we consider faustus suffer from psychological disease?

In the case of Doctor Faustus, no, we cannot consider this a case of psycholigical disease. This work is focused on morailty, religion, paganism, and superstition....... it is a tragedy, but it more importantly means to provide a lesson in morality. It is NOT a psychological study.
