Whats the moral lesson from Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde book and why?
One of the novel's moral lessons is that there are consequences to our actions. In Jekyll, we see the perfect example those consequences.... Jekyll used Hyde as a smokescreen for his own base behaviors. Hyde could do everything he wanted to do, and within his disguise, Jekyll would never be linked.... his repuation would remain intact. The moral lesson can be found in Jekyll's loss of himself... a natural consequence to giving himself.... or the good part of himself, away.
