What does it mean to dream about red water drop like cavities?

Hello, in real world I'm a teenager whom where braces. I had a dream yesterday's night or today's morning. Which started with me rinsing my mouth with water. When I spited out the water, grayish water came out my mouth. Thus, I decided to check my teeth for some reason. P.S for my surroundings, I was standing in front of the mirror and was mostly in the bathroom. When I checked my teeth, there was a black ink like thing on my teeth. And then the scene changed to me having red water drop like (I made an assumption that it was cavities) cavities, just like the shape of this one,💧. When I checked it with my finger, the red water drop like cavities, was a red hole. By red, I mean a lighter version of the color of the gums in your mouth. After checking my teeth, I rushed into my mom's room and told her about it. I don't know what happened after that due to waking up in the real world.
