Do you think Jane Austan reflects her self in Emma's character ?

Jane Austen may have been very like Emma in that she was smart, witty, clever, refined, and traditional in thought. None-the-less, unlike Emma, Austen was not wealthy or privileged. She never married and preferred the company of her sister to that of a husband...... and not for lack of proposals.
