What about dink?

Dink is just a regular, good guy. He is completely self-aware and loves to have fun. Thus, he plays the game and has fun with it. Dink also knows that getting Ender on his team is important, he sees Ender's promise rather than being threatened by him. This is particularly apparent when the two (Dink and Ender) remain friends even after Ender is given his own squad to command.
