What is Graff's opinion of ender now that he has "won the game that couldnt be won?"

Graff feels that how Ender got there and "won the game" doesn't matter; he knows that winning is all important, and that Ender is their only hope (General Levy isn't so sure). The men (Graff, Levy) promote Ender from the launch group far before his time.
