 I think the illegal migrants have most to loose. They can easily be killed, raped, beat, or robbed just trying to get into America. Once there, they can be deported and be back where they started. If they even make it to America, they are usually exploited and work for less than minimum wage. They have no laws protecting them or recourse should they become abused.
