Compare and contrast how Isabel and Marta treat Esperanza?

Marta makes fun of Esperanza and her lack of training. She resents Esperanza's wealthy background and doesn't miss a chance to make her feel stupid, foolish or incapable.

Isabel, on the other hand, takes on the role of teacher. She's a sweet girl, and though she's younger than Esperanza, she takes her under her wing and teaches her the basics. She may just be a little girl, but she can keep a house.... no problem.
