Lois Gould
Lois Gould was an American writer known for her contributions to women's literature. She attended Wellesley College in Massachusetts before becoming a reporter for the Long Island-Star Journal. In 1955, she married New York Times reporter Philip Benjamin, with whom she had two children. Benjamin died suddenly in 1966. Upon his death, Gould discovered a diary of his written in code.
