What does zeena say to ethan when there alone in the bedrom?

When he arrives home Zeena is sitting at the table in her best dress, with a small piece of luggage at her side. She says that she cannot stand her recurring pains any longer and has resolved to set out for Bettsbridge on an overnight visit in order to see a new doctor. I don't see a bedroom scene in Chapter 3.
