I'm not sure what you mean by hierarchy. Are you asking in which order the characters join him, or which of the attributes are most important.
The order in which they join Everyman is as follows:
Good Deeds- very weak because Everyman did not love her in his lifetime.
Knowledge
Confession- Good Deeds receives strength after Everyman's confession.
Good Deeds summons Beauty, Strength, Discretion and Five Wits (senses) to join them; they accept and go with Everyman to take the sacrament with the priest.
Everyone except Good Deeds abandons Everyman again. Beauty, Strength, Discretion, and the senses are attributes that seem to disappear as we get older. Knowledge abandons us when we take our last breath.
As you can see, the deeds we perform during our lifetime are the things we bring with us into the afterlife. Good Deeds is the top of the hierarchy.
