even though montag has never been exposed to books,he is moved by words. Do all humans share his afinity, or is it something that has to be taught through culture

I think all human beings are moved by words regardless of culture. Words are perhaps one of the few distinct ideas that separate us from our animal counterparts. Words need to be taught but they become such a basic expression of ourselves that they (words) seem the essence of our very being.
