Fahrenheit 451 What is war (and all references to it) a symbol of? Part 3 Asked by Daniel Joseph K #486532 on 11/2/2017 2:30 PM Last updated by Aslan on 11/3/2017 3:52 AM
War becomes a symbol of cleansing. The state is destroyed so it can be rebuilt again in a new way. Bradbury uses the fiery phoenix as a symbol for this.
