What plan did Montag and Faber devise?

Faber wants to literally burn down the structures of firemen. Yes we see the irony! The idea was to, "Print extra books and arrange to have them hidden in firemen's houses all over the country." They would then callout an alarm on these guys and their houses would be burnt to the ground. This would cause the average person to question what is happening and throw existing ideology into question.
