which characters seem unsatisfied with their lives?

I think most of the characters feel unsatisfied with their life with the exception of Clarisse. Certainly, after his meeting with Clarisse, Montag realizes that he is terribly unhappy. Mildred overdoses on sleeping pills: we can infer this was a suicide attempt. Mildred's friend cries when she hears poetry. Captain Beatty cannot reconsile his life with what he truly loves (books) :consequently he has a death wish.
