Are Percy and Dunstan still rivals?

Certainly not in the same way they used to be. There might be a little rivalry left but Dunstan has moved on. Immediately after his welcome ceremony, Dunstan publicly gives Percy and Leola his blessing. He also flashes his V.C. medal much, to Percy’s chagrin.
