What is a character trait for Joe Carp?

Joe is the kind of person who takes advantage of those who cannot defend themselves. He puts Charlie into precarious positions, which for Charlie seem to be an extension of friendship, and for Joe are nothing more than a way to make fun of someone..... to get a laugh at the expense of someone else.
