The founding generation lived through and stood behind the American Revolution. They lived and died for a country they believed should be free. After the Revolution, many people were certain that America wouldn't be able to stand on its own two feet and would fail. The Founders were aware they were being watched and ultimately were careful in everything they did. Failing was not an option, and everything the Founders put their names to was looked at from every angle. That's why all of those documents continue to stand today.
The Founders had to establish an active government, the Constitutional Convention was called, and the American Constitution was drafted by men from every walk of life and every region of America.
