what does pip mean when he says "I should never like Joe's trade. I had likes it once but once was not now."?

Since visiting with Miss Havisham and Estella, Pip no longer sees himself as a mere blacksmith. In his younger years, that was the only profession he believed to be open to him, but spending time with the wealthy has given him bigger aspirations. Becoming a blacksmith is no longer good enough.
