Discuss the character of Mr.Pumblechook and compare it with the character of Mrs.Joe?

Both characters like to think they are somehow in charge of Pip's future. Mrs. Joe is loud and gregarious while Mr.Pumblechook is also loud. They both are condescending towards Pip and at times cruel. While Mrs. Joe beats Pip, Mr.Pumblechook hoards food from their house and waters down Pip's milk.
