Was it always Miss Havisham’s intentions to raise Estella to be heartless? What factors contributed to this outcome?

Our chapters don't match up but I think this is when Estella tells Pip that she is destined for another. Estella tells him straight that she is incapable of love -- she had warned him of as much before -- and she will soon be married to Drummle.Miss. H has this wicked witch streak to her. I think she wanted to cause heartache because she had heartache. Miss. H set this whole sordid game in play from the beginning not entirely sure of exactly how much pain this would cause so many people; it just made herself feel better manipulating people.
