What does Pip's speech to Biddy and Joe say? Why is his speech significant?

In Chapter 58.
Basically he pleads that Joe and Biddy forgive his wrong doings and basically stuck up attitude. He is surprised and a little sad to see them married. He kind of wanted Biddy. He wishes them a happy contented life free of the greed and illusions that he fell prey to. This speech really shows Pip has changed. He is more than a gentleman, he has become a decent human being.
