Who does Pip meet as he leaves the mansion? What happens with this boy? Why is the boy at the Satis House?

Pip gets into a fight. He sees the random little boy in the garden who asks Pip to fight. The boy is all formal about it and Pip ends up kicking his butt. He just calls himself "boy of the neighbourhood."
