Analyze the part of the description of the Emperor of Lilliput.... P1-Ch2

In Wordswoth Classics's edition, Part 1 - Chapter 2

in page.20, Line.2:

".. He is taller by almost the breadth of my nail, than any of his court; ........... His voice was shrill but very clear and articulate, and i could distinctly hear it when i stood up"

I wand an analysis of this description he gave please.

Gulliver describes the emperor as being the length of his nail taller than anyone else in his realm. Remember, Gulliver is a giant; his nails would have been quite large. He describes the emperor's voice as being shrill (high-pitched), but he can understand him with no problem.
