How did Gulliver account for the power of money in his country to the Master Horse?

Gulliver describes the people of Britain as overwhelmed by the power of money. People desire money for what it can afford them, the ability to buy fine things, the ability to employ oththe work you don't want to do. Gulliver also notes the disturbing corruption of doctors and lawyer, claiming that lawyers are foolish and doctors corrupt. This love of money is incomprehensible to the Houylovehnhnms.
