There really isn't much more that I can tell you other than my last answer to this same question. Below is a quote of the only text relating to this,
"The largest of the two pirate ships was commanded by a Japanese captain, who spoke a little Dutch, but very imperfectly. He came up to me, and after several questions, which I answered in great humility, he said, "we should not die." I made the captain a very low bow...."
Rather than killing Gulliver, the Japanese Captain decides to split Gulliver's crew between their two ships and to set Gulliver adrift in a small canoe with some food and water.
