The Brobdingnag's find Gulliver an oddity, a curiosity. The farmer uses him to generate income, the little girl treats him like a "living" doll or a pet. The Queen sees his as a plaything. The King converses with Gulliver and enjoys their conversations, but he doesn't take anything Gulliver has to say seriously.
