What was the conditions imposed on Gulliver for sitting him free in Lilliput?

Gulliver is set free on the following conditions:

1) He must swear to help the Lilliputians if they are ever in a war

2) He must survey the land surrounding Lilliput.

3) He would help with any building that needed to be done in Lilliput

4) Gulliver must agree to deliver messages.
